7-Day Refund Window

ADA Glow includes a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate the service before being charged. If you decide to continue and are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 7 days after your free trial ends (i.e. within 7 days of your first charge).

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and locate your transaction
  • Or contact our support team through the channels available on our website, and we will assist you with the process

Refund Timeline

Once your refund is approved, it will typically be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

After the Refund Period

After the 7-day refund window, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team if you have concerns about your subscription.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Paddle customer portal. If you cancel, you will retain access to ADA Glow until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
