1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ADA Glow, an accessibility compliance widget service operated by Arman Mkrtchyan ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using ADA Glow, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Acceptance
By continuing to use ADA Glow, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service immediately.
3. Service Description
ADA Glow provides a JavaScript widget that website owners can embed on their sites to improve accessibility and assist with ADA, WCAG, and Section 508 compliance. The widget offers features such as screen reader optimization, contrast adjustment, text resizing, keyboard navigation, and other accessibility enhancements.
4. License
Subject to these Terms and your active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use ADA Glow within the scope of your selected plan. You may not sublicense, resell, or redistribute ADA Glow without our prior written consent.
5. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
6. Prohibited Use
You must not misuse ADA Glow. This includes but is not limited to:
- Using the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Engaging in fraud, spam, or deceptive practices
- Infringing on any intellectual property rights
- Interfering with the security or integrity of the service, including introducing malware, probing, or scraping
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the service
- Circumventing any technical limitations or usage restrictions
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in ADA Glow, including software, documentation, branding, and design, are owned by Arman Mkrtchyan. Nothing in these Terms transfers any IP rights to you beyond the limited license granted above.
8. Payment and Subscriptions
ADA Glow is offered as a subscription service. Your subscription includes a 7-day free trial, after which you will be billed automatically. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

9. Service Level
We strive to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that ADA Glow will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from vulnerabilities. The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ADA Glow does not guarantee full legal compliance with any specific accessibility standard.
11. Limitation of Liability
Our aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arman Mkrtchyan from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to ADA Glow if you commit a material breach of these Terms, fail to make required payments, pose a security or fraud risk, or engage in repeated or serious policy violations. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or other force majeure events.
